EU Distance Selling laws govern our response to your purchase.
If you are an end-user - and have not bought the goods through a company, but personally - then you can return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
If you are a business, we offer the same 14 day cooling off period, though we may charge a 25% restocking fee.
Important:
The goods must come back to us in the same condition as arrived to you. If the goods come back to us and they are not packaged correctly to survive the transit we reserve the right to deduct damage value from your purchase.
