How can I order from Crown Professional?
Anyone can buy from us directly over the internet (either from this website or through our eBay shop) or by calling us on 0844 247 5490. For internet transactions we use the industry standard basket and checkout system. You can also visit us on site between 9am - 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am-4.30pm Friday.
How do Crown Professional deliver?
For parcels, we use Yodel (formerly DHL), a large UK national courier. We can track the goods online with them and we can inform you where the goods are once they have been dispatched. For large and/or fragile orders we may use a pallet - we will inform you of this at the time of order. We can arrange a tail lift delivery if you do not have a forklift or pallet truck. Some products on site require a pallet charge - this is clearly shown on the small number of products that require pallet delivery.
Where do Crown Professional deliver to?
We can deliver all over the UK mainland. Off shore UK - for example Northern Ireland and Southern Ireland - and highland areas will cost more for us to deliver to. Please see Freight Costs for more information. For all other countries please contact us.
What are the delivery costs?
What delivery can I expect once the order has been paid for?
For the UK we use 2-3 day deliveries and Next day deliveries. Please ensure that you give us a delivery address where there will be someone to accept the order after it has been paid for, as no one to sign for the goods often causes delays with the carriers.
For EU countries and worldwide, transport times vary widely and we will advise you of a lead time at the time of you placing your order.
What methods of payment do Crown Professional accept?
Over the internet or telephone we accept all major debit and credit cards with the exception of American Express and JCB cards. We also accept postal orders, bank transfers or cheques, however we do require the latter to clear before we release the goods.
What methods of payment do Crown Professional accept at the Trade Counter?
We accept all major credit and debit cards with the exception of American Express and JCB cards through our on site card machine. Cheques will be accepted, however, they must have cleared before any goods can be dispatched. We also accept cash on collection.
What warranty will I get if I buy a Crown Professional machine?
We offer a one year replace and collection warranty from the date of purchase. If a machine goes wrong within 12 months we will collect the machine for inspection,and when we have it back and have checked it will then replace or repair. Then the product new or repaired will be sent back to you. We will not send out a replacement before the product has come back and been checked by ourselves.
There are some details that you should be aware of:
1. The machine has to have been properly looked after and cleaned according to the instructions.
2. For water heated products, such as our coffee machines or boilers, you must have kept the machine free of scale during use.
We reserve the right to cancel all or a propotion of the refund if the machine has not been used in line with instructions and/or it has not been properly looked after whilst being used.
